Concept disclaimer

The business preview pages are design mockups created by BuiltByHarvey to demonstrate a possible website direction. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, a preview is not the named business's live or official website and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, employment, partnership, or approval by that business.

Business names, logos, trademarks, and other identifiers belong to their respective owners. Contact details, hours, service descriptions, pricing, testimonials, ratings, statistics, and other preview content may be based on public information, supplied information, or illustrative copy and may be incomplete or unverified. Contact the business directly before relying on that information.

No transactions through mock concepts

The concept pages do not accept bookings, orders, payments, or service requests on behalf of the businesses shown. Buttons and contact links are included to demonstrate a proposed customer journey. A concept page is not an offer, quote, warranty, or binding agreement.

Website design services

Any purchase of design, development, hosting, maintenance, or related services requires a separate written agreement or accepted proposal describing the scope, price, payment schedule, ownership, launch terms, and any ongoing fees. A concept may be revised based on the client's preferences before launch.

Permitted use

You may view and share links to this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, misrepresent a concept as an official business website, remove BuiltByHarvey attribution from a concept, or copy and commercially exploit our original design and code without permission.

Intellectual property

BuiltByHarvey retains rights in its original site design, layout, code, and written presentation until those rights are transferred under a separate client agreement. Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.

This site may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not by itself mean BuiltByHarvey endorses the third party.

Disclaimers and limitation

The site and concept gallery are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuiltByHarvey disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update the site or these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
